HWH Beyond: Refund and Return Policy

Digital Products (E-Books & Guides)

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of From Paycheck to Investor and other digital volumes in the HWH Wealth Series are considered final.

  • No Reflections/Returns: Once a digital file has been streamed or downloaded, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

  • Waiver of Withdrawal: By purchasing and initiating the download of our digital products, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law.

  • Technical Issues: If you experience a technical problem with your file (e.g., a corrupted link or inability to open the document), please contact us at carlos.andre@hwhbeyond.com within 7 days of purchase. We will provide a replacement link or file immediately.

  • Duplicate Purchases: In the event of an accidental duplicate purchase of the same title, a full refund will be issued for the second transaction if reported within 48 hours.

Physical Products (If Applicable)

If you purchase a physical copy of our manual, the following applies:

  • Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item without giving any reason.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the book must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning physical items.

How to Initiate a Request

To start a refund request for a technical error or duplicate purchase, you can contact us at carlos.andre@hwhbeyond.com. If your request is approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
