Since your primary product for HWH & Beyond is a digital e-book, your shipping policy needs to clearly define how "delivery" works for non-physical goods. Even if you plan to offer physical copies later, having a digital-first shipping policy prevents customer confusion and reduces support emails.

Digital Products (E-Books & Guides)

All digital volumes in the HWH Wealth Series are delivered electronically.

  • Instant Delivery: Upon successful completion of your purchase, you will receive an automated email containing a secure download link for your product.

  • Delivery Confirmation: Delivery is considered complete when the digital file is made available for download or sent to the email address provided at checkout.

  • Access Limits: For security and to protect our intellectual property, download links may be subject to a limited number of attempts or an expiration period.

  • No Shipping Fees: There are no shipping or handling charges for any digital-only orders.

Physical Products (If Applicable)

If you purchase a physical version of our manual, the following terms apply:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the destination in Portugal or abroad.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Customs & Duties: For international orders outside of Portugal, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred.
